2010 200-hour teacher training through YogaWorks
Multiple YogaWorks workshops (inversions, prenatal, pranayama, Yoga Sutras, anatomy) and two weekend workshops with Seane Corn
My classes are playful and fun while grounding and challenging. It’s my goal to give my students the tools to truly sit with and in their amazing bodies, their own victorious breath, and to realize what a gift we all have in our own bodies.
What Brought Me to Yoga
I was invited to my first yoga class by a teacher friend in 2001. As I left that class, I felt lighter, clear, and bright, and that was all it took to keep me going back. I spent the next few years exploring different styles of the physical practice: hatha, Yin, Iyengar, restorative, Ashtanga, and vinyasa flow, which is where I found my true home.
I am a wife and mother to two beautiful children and two rambunctious dogs. I enjoy cooking and camping, music, the ocean, and reading. I thrive on learning all I can about healthy living, juicing, and my ever-evolving personal practice. I also have a number of corporate clients for my yoga teaching, consulting, and juicing.
